The International Traditional Karate Seminar – Avi Rokah
Sensei Avi Rokah held the International Traditional Karate Seminar in the Japanese Martial Arts and Sport Centre ‘Dojo – Stara Wies’ in Stara Wies (Poland) on May 10-11. The seminar was the continuation of the seminars conducted annually by Nishiyama Sensei in Poland since 1992.
250 persons from Czech Republic, Denmark, Lithuania, Russia, United Kingdom, Uruguay and Poland participated in the seminar.
The subject of the training among others was a kata Sochin, posture in traditional karate and timing in kumite.
