31th European Traditional Karate Championship ETKF
4-9 December 2013, Prague, Czech Republic
The 31th ITKF European Traditional Karate Championship took place on December 4-9, 2013 at the Arena Sparta in Prague (Czech Republic).
Top men’s and women’s traditional karate athletes from the 14 countries (Armenia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Ukraine, United Kingdom) competed in the European Championship.
The strongest team representation of the Championship was Poland who won 23 golden medals!
Polish seniors won 21 medals (13 goldens, 7 silvers and 1 bronze) and Polish youth won 14 medals (8 goldens, 5 silvers and 1 bronze), juniors won 15 medals (6 goldens, 6 silvers and 4 bronzes) and cadets won 9 medals (6 goldens and 3 silvers).

The Intercontinental Cup 2013 took place on 8 December 2013 in Prague (after the European Championships).
