Polish team on the special training session in Los Angeles
A Polish karate team with Sensei Wlodzimierz Kwiecinski – Chairman of Traditional Karate Federation of Poland had a special training session in the ITKF Central Dojo in Los Angeles supervised by Sensei Hidetaka Nishiyama.
Members of tke Polish team who had a training session (in February 2008) – instructors and competitors: Włodzimierz Kwiecinski (chairman od the TKFP) and Szymon Gogola, Michal Janusz, Pawel Janusz, Wojciech Kaminski, Pawel Krzywanski, Mariusz Lewandowski, Beata Maciejewska Andrzej Maciejewski, Krzysztof Neugebauer, Marta Niewczas, Radoslaw Olczyk, Jerzy Szczachor, Rafal Wajda, Jacek Wierzbicki i Andrzej Zarzeczny.
Our team also participated in the trainings conducted by Sensei Avi Rokah 6 Dan in his Karate Academy in LA. During the stay of our team a few very important official appointments were held: with Anita L. DeFrantz – President of the LA84 Foundation, former Vice-president of the International Olympic Committee, with Michael D. Antonovich – Board of Supervisors County of Los Angeles, with David Simon – President Los Angeles Sports Council and president Southern California Committee for the Olymipic Games, with Dr Charles A. Steinberg – Executive Vice-president, marketing and public relations chief marketing office Los Angeles Dodgers and with Kiyoshi Yamazaki – Chairman of Technical Committee WKF, chief instructor Japan Karate-do Ryobu-Kai.
