Gasshuku 2008, Sopot (Poland)
The annual International Traditional Karate Seminar Gasshuku 2008 was held on 12-17 August 2008 in Sopot (Poland). The seminar gathered 385 participants from Poland and abroad: Argentina, Austria, Czech Republic, France, Lithuania, Germany, Russia, The United States of America.
This-year Gasshuku was held by the world’s top Traditional Karate Masters: Sensei Robert Fusaro 7 Dan (USA) – legendary instructor of traditional karate, first foreign student of Japan Karate Association, Justo Gomez 5 Dan (Argentina) – repeated ITKF world champion in kumite and fuku-go and Wlodzimierz Kwiecinski 7 Dan – coach of the national team of Poland, Vice-President of European Traditional Karate Federation.
During Gasshuku in Gniew the 2nd tournament of the Traditional Karate League of Poland 2008 took place. The League is a competition among the best Polish athletes, both in men’s and women’s category. Below are te results of the 2 tournament of the Traditional Karate League of Poland 2008:
