Hosted by: Traditional Karate Federation of Poland
WTKF International Summer Camp will take place as a part of celebration of “The Year of Sensei Nishiyama’s Legacy”. The seminar is available only for participants from all over the world with minimum 2 Dan.
Program:
- The program includes Dan examinations for 3 Dan and higher.
- The proposal of new edition of WTKF Competition Rules will be presented.

Soke ILIJA JORGA 10 Dan (Serbia) – University professor, doctor of sports medicine, executive President and Founder of World Fudokan Federation (WFF) in 1980. Repeated medallists of European and world championships. The pioneer of karate of SFR Yugoslavia, which was on a very high technical level in that time with more that 200 thousand practitioners. | Shihan EDUARDO SALAS 9 Dan (Peru) – He has been student, companion and friend of Sensei Nishiyama for more than 20 years. He is also a key person in the development of traditional karate-do in Latin America. He is interested in Tai Chi Kung, the Chinese art of movement, meditation, practice of cultivating long life and martial arts. | Shihan WŁODZIMIERZ KWIECIŃSKI 8 Dan (Polska) – President of the World Traditional Karate-Do Federation (WTKF), Chairman of the Traditional Karate Federation of Poland (PZKT), Trainer Coach of the National Team of Poland. | Shihan MAHMOUD TABASSI 7 Dan (USA) – AAKF official and Vice President of the World Traditional Karate-do Federation (WTKF). His martial arts background is extensive, having won both national and international championships as an athlete, and providing over 50 years of expertise to students from around the world. Under his tutelage, several of his students are long-time USA Team members, national, and international champions. He is expanding Traditional Karate across the US and globe. |

Shihan NELSON CARRION 7 Dan (Urugwaj) – General Secretary of the World Traditional Karate-do Federation (WTKF), General Director and instructor of the Traditional Karate-Do Institute (TKI), cofounder and co organizer of many Traditional Karate-Do organizations all over the world including: Uruguay, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, Spain and France. He is an examiner, international WTKF judge and traditional karate-do instructor with many years of experience. He has participated in many traditional karate-do courses and seminars, conducted by Sensei Nishiyama as well. | Sensei GIEDRIUS DRANEVICIUS 6 Dan (Litwa) – Member of Technical Committee of World Traditional Karate-do Federation (WTKF), member of WTKF Board of Directors. Founder of karate do dojo in Vilnius from 1993. Cofunder of Lithuanian Traditional Karate Association. From 2002 president position of LTKA. From 2003 elected as national team coach position. Awarded twice by Lithuanian President, Dalia Grybauskaite for his national team great achievements in the international field. | Sensei KRZYSZTOF NEUGEBAUER 6 Dan (Polska) – Member of Technical Committee of World Traditional Karate-do Federation (WTKF), coach of the national team of Poland (senior and youth category), licensed instructor of the Traditional Karate Federation of Poland, three-times winner of the ITKF World Cup and repeated medalist of the World and European Championships in kumite and kata team. | Sensei ALBERT CHEAH 5 Dan (USA) – Member of Technical Committee of World Traditional Karate-do Federation (WTKF), founder and chief instructor of Orange County Japan Karate Association, the oldest Traditional Karate-Do dojo in Orange County, California. He has trained Traditional Karate-Do for over 35 years under the tutelage of Sensei Nishiyama. He is a seven-time AAKF National Champion, and also an instructor, judge, and member of the AAKF Technical Committee. |
